NationOnline llc holds that visitors to NationOnline llc may become users and or members of NationOnline llc at their own discretion and consent. Visitor's need only to join by purchasing hassle-free hosting, input their private information, create a username, and a password, in order to become users. Upon the event of a visitor becoming a user, the user is given an account with their username and password protecting it. The user may access this account by logging into their account at NationOnline.us, using their password and username.
*Services purchased by a consumer,member, possible client, client, or customer will adhere to the NationOnline Terms of Purchase and Service, and the Terms of Use Agreement.

NationOnline llc prohibits the impersonation of another person, by a user, and if a user is found impersonating another person their account will be terminated along with all content posted through it.

Term of Purchase and Service:
*Websites customized by NationOnline, will only have the main logo, the design, and the site navigation names changed to the customer's specifications. The navigation cannot be moved around and the main header and logo cannot be moved from the original position for the logo and main header. The background color and original colors associated with the navigation and text cannot be changed.NationOnline llc is not responsible for the insertion of content into a website or for the content creation of a website, whether the user is provided a CMS or not provided a CMS. Content insertion can be done by NationOnline llc for a fee or for free depending on the amount of content. NationOnline llc holds the right to determine whether or not the amount of content is "ok" for free insertion. **If NationOnline llc deems content "ok" for free insertion and the client or customer has a CMS attached to their site, then NationOnline llc is not responsible for the insertion of the content as the client or customer can insert the content themselves. If the client or customer does not have a CMS and NationOnline llc has deemed the amount of content "ok" for free insertion, then NationOnline llc will be responsible for inserting the content as the client or customer will have no other way of inserting the content themselves. What is content? Content is defined as any or all text, pictures, documents, and files being displayed on a site for viewing by a visitor to a site. What is a CMS? CMS is a content management system or a backend program that allows clients or customers the ability to edit a website's content on their own time.NationOnline llc will also provide to the customer 5-6 pages of website design. NationOnline's website designs are considered "what you see is what you get". The layout of the design cannot be changed.
This document is considered a legal binding document, and all who do business with NationOnline llc are held by this document in binding contract with NationOnline llc.
